In the spacious, fenced garden you will find your private swimming pool, a charming sea view covered terrace, barbecue facilities and a sun shower. Enough gated parking spaces are secured for the guests, as well as a fast Wi-Fi connection. The swimming pool is open from 14/05 until 15/10. A grocery store can be found just down the road, in the village, while Posedarje which is located only 3 km away has various restaurants, pizza places, bakeries, supermarkets, a sandy beach and so on. The nearest beach is situated even closer, down the hill from the location of your holiday home, at a distance of about 1 km. National Park Paklenica, the most prominent climbing center in Croatia can be reached in a short 20-minute car drive, while Zadar, the regional center of Northern Dalmatia is less than half an hour away. This makes Podgradina an attractive base to spend your next stress-free vacation with the possibility of easily exploring the rest of this amazing region.
