This stunning beachside condo is a 2 bedroom/2 bath located on the 5th floor that sleeps 6. Comes with Free Beach Service during season which includes 2 chairs and 1 umbrella.
The spacious kitchen greets you on the left when you open the door. The open concept allows for you to talk to others in the dining area or living room while cooking up a feast for the family. The kitchen is equipped with all the pots, pans, and cookware you would need while on vacation. There is plenty of counterspace for everyone to be in the kitchen at once in the morning while making coffee or cooking some breakfast. Small appliances are provided such as a blender and toaster as well as the standard full-sized appliances.
The dining area can accommodate 6 and there is additional seating for 2 at the kitchen bar.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
