This luxurious villa is situated in the north-eastern part of Paros close to the famous Ampelas village and only 4,7 km away from the picturesque Naousa. A few minutes away from the villa you can find yourself on the beach of Isterni.

The beach of Ampelas is located nearby between two capes that form a windless bay. It is a small sandy beach with turquoise clear waters, in front of the homonymous small fish village with the traditional seaside taverns and the small port where you could moor your boat. Close to the villa are also other famous beaches like Punta or Xrusi Akti.
