Wonderful duplex apartment in the old town of Malaga, next to the Cathedral. It is located in a large building of new construction inside and completely renovated with luxurious qualities.
This duplex stands out for its terraces, all of them with beautiful views of the center of Malaga and mainly of the Cathedral. The large main terrace, located on the top floor of the apartment, is the most spectacular of all for its views, as well as the Malaga Cathedral, the Alcazaba and Gibralfaro Castle.
The apartment is made up of 3 floors. Upon entering the ground floor, separated by a sliding door, we find a spacious living room, well lit and divided into two areas, a cozy living area, which has several armchairs, sofa and Smart TV and the dining area. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
