Fabulous 3-bedroom duplex apartment located in the heart of the Santa Cruz neighborhood, in a restored historic building, where original architectural elements have been preserved.

Upon entering the apartment we find a corridor that leads to the 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has 2 single beds 0.90 x 2 m, wardrobes and a full en-suite bathroom with a shower. The next bedroom has a double bed 1.50 x 2 m, wardrobes and a balcony. At the end of the corridor, we find the last bedroom, with 2 single beds 0.90 x 1.90 m and wardrobes.

Next to the stairs, there is the second full bathroom with a shower.

Going up the stairs we access the upper floor, where the living-dining room is located, a spacious room with a sofa, Smart TV and dining table with capacity for 6 people.   • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
