Spectacular luxury 3-bedroom duplex apartment with terrace in the heart of Seville, on Calle San Isidoro, between the Cathedral and the famous Plaza del Salvador. The apartment is part of a typical Sevillian palace house from the Golden Age and has been completely renovated respecting and maintaining its stately essence as well as taking care of the decoration of each space with great detail.

On the first floor of the apartment we find the kitchen, open and fully equipped, with a dining area.

Then we enter the living room, a spacious and bright room thanks to its large arcaded windows with columns and 7-meter high coffered ceilings, which separate the living room from a gallery with views of the interior patio of the palace house. access a large terrace furnished with hammocks and top quality furniture from which we can enjoy views of a privileged environment, a beautiful French garden.

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
