I wonder if “Beach Time” is like ’Island Time?” Pinkie wondered as she flew gracefully over the front entrance gate at the popular beach community of Cypress Breeze Plantation. She certainly hoped so! Island Time was a special state of mind that came over people on vacation who were truly immersed in relaxation and prone to forgetting anything related to time management. Since we are technically not on an island in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida…Beach Time is what it is!
Pinkie’s destination was the first house on the left…an inviting 2-story house surrounded by trees and with numerus porches that promised those special vacation vignettes where friends and family could gather and enjoy the moment. “So far so good!” Pinkie ascended the stairs leading up to the front door. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
