This is a new luxury home with four Primary Suites and accommodates up to 10 people. There are three bedrooms in the main home and the fourth is a detached ohana suite for ultimate privacy. The first Primary Suite has a King bed, spa-like primary bath with outdoor shower courtyard. The second primary suite has a King bed and the third primary suite has two Queen beds. The fourth bedroom in the detached ohana suite has King bed, its own private ensuite bath and mini-fridge. All bedrooms have their own separate and private bathroom.
The living room and lanais have been elegantly furnished with plenty of comfortable seating throughout. The large private heated pool and hot tub are the perfect place to spend the day, or rest after a fun day of exploring the island. There is also an outdoor shower next to the pool. Private high-end grill on covered lanai for grilling fresh farmers market finds. The backyard is surrounded by a gorgeous view of the Mauna Lani Golf Course, Mauna Kea Mountain and Pacific Ocean.
County Law requires alarms on all ground-level sliding doors that lead to pool area, in order to prevent doors from being left open indefinitely.
A short walk away is famous 49 Black Sand Beach.

We love building really big sand castles! Kohala sand is exceptional for this and we have the tools for kids and adults alike. For your day at the beach, you’ll find:

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves

Enjoy our bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) to explore the Mauna Lani resort. They are great for going to the Private Beach Club (access included), exploring the Black Sand Beach, historical grounds, Fairmont resort hotel or the many other wonderful places that Mauna Lani has to offer. Ask us about deals on a GEM Neighborhood Electric Vehicle (Golf cart) rental for even more family fun (additional costs from GEM vendor apply).

You can also take advantage of the clean private beach club staffed with lifeguards and the Napua Restaurant just a 10-15 min walk away. Excellent snorkelling in calm waters!
A short drive away are six of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.
The Kohala coast is a golfer’s paradise with seven challenging courses all within seven miles of our villa.
Minutes down the street is the Shops at Mauna Lani where you can find supermarket, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
