The Lapwing, is a modern home in Aldeburgh, about a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk to the High Street. The property is a three bedroom house, the second bedroom has a king bed that can be made up as a twin as it is zip and link. The third bedroom is used as a study which is a superb space to work (there is a single bed in here which can be used upon request). The property also has a garden with a table and chairs for 4 people. New wood burner just installed in the sitting room.
