232a High Street is a lovely, two bedroom cottage located in the heart of the picturesque seaside town of Aldeburgh, just a few steps away from the beautiful shingle beach, perfect for a short break or holiday for two couples or a small family. This wonderful period property sleeps 4 and is located towards the end of the high street with easy access to a wide range of fantastic boutique shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs as well as Aldeburgh’s famous fish and chips.
The cottage welcomes you into a small entrance hall which then leads into a superb living, spacious living room with high ceilings and a dining area making it an ideal space for relaxing, socialising or enjoying a meal together. The well-equipped kitchen is located beyond the living room and provides access to the courtyard garden with a small BBQ and outdoor furniture.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
