This pet friendly holiday cottage with fully enclosed garden and plenty of parking is in a great location for a traditional summer holiday in the picturesque town of Orford. The award winning Pump Street Bakery; excellent pubs and restaurants; well stocked village shop; 11th century castle; and bustling Quay where the kids can enjoy crabbing are all a short walk from Mundays Lane.
There’s ample space downstairs to socialise or to have a bit of privacy with an open plan kitchen/dining room with separate utility room and ground floor shower room - great for sandy feet and salty wet suits when you’ve been sailing or swimming! On chilly evenings you can light the wood burner in the living room and watch a movie on the large TV and, on balmy summer days, enjoy the warmth of the sun in the conservatory and keep an eye on the kids and family pet playing in the safety of the garden.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
