From the ground level entry, there is a full staircase up to the main level. On the second story main level is the living area with high ceilings that bring in great light, 55 inch flat screen TV, ceiling fan and gas fireplace. The kitchen is spacious with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. There are 4 bars stools at the counter top for extra seating. The dining table seats 8 and has access to patio with gas grill and outdoor table that will seat 6. The third bedroom is located on this same level with 2 twins beds, ceiling fan and walk in closet. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
