The house has a living area of 160 m². There are 4 bedrooms, one with a double bed and bathroom in suite and the other three with two single beds. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor and the other two on the first floor. There are also two more bathrooms, one on each floor.
A large living room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV and WiFi is available throughout the house. In winter you can use the fireplace.
Cozy dining room connected to the kitchen, fully equipped.
Fully climatized house.
Large garden with several areas to enjoy the good weather of Mallorca. There is a barbecue area, a terrace with a porch and a 4x6 metre swimming pool.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
