Rustic family estate with stunning views.
Son Morro Farm is entirely private, in a perfect location between the very touristy town of Ca’n Picafort and the quiet locality of Santa Margalida. The sandy beach of Ca’n Picafort is just 7 km away, where supermarkets, restaurants and shops abound.
The house is accessed through the cosy living-dining room with comfortable sofas. TV, WiFi and music system are available. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and washing machine. There is one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.
Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with cold/heat air conditioning.
An exterior staircase leads to a balcony, from where there is a great view over the countryside to the sea and mountains.
Around the house there is a terrace with a professional outdoor barbecue and there are also several seating areas, partially covered. From here you can enjoy the view of the beautiful garden with many Mediterranean plants.
In the large swimming pool of 4x8m, there are several comfortable loungers waiting for them...
