Lush, green gardens surround this thoroughly contemporary villa in Côte d’Azur - when you stroll past the olive trees to the private tennis court, you simply won’t believe your luck! Two balconies look out over the long pool in the garden, where on the other side you can (and should!) dine al fresco on the shady terrace. You’ll especially adore the chandelier hanging within the arbor - très chic, pastoral.
Inside, sophisticated bastide style meets modern standards of space and comfort. Though it’s a newly built property, it retains the lightness and grace of the south of France (the cream and wicker furniture does the job). Each bedroom has the convenience of an en suite bathroom, where the vanities are large, the baths divine, and light spills across the tiled floors.
Mougins is the local town, you can reach it on foot in 10 minutes (along the road), and it hosts several museums and restaurants worth a trip....

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
