The is a highly sought-after boutique apartment. It is brand-new and is just 7-minutes walk to central Queenstown. It is spread out over 3 levels and set up for ultimate entertaining.

Our beautiful brand new 4 bedroom home is perfect for 1 or 2 families, or a group of friends looking for a holiday. Ideally located 7-minutes from Queenstown’s bustling center and 10 minutes from the bottom of the stunning Coronet Peak ski field.
The space
For winter breaks the house is kept cosy with heat pumps in the lounge rooms and heaters in all the bedrooms.

There are two lounges one of which has a smart TV with Netflix and a Sonos sound system. There a kitchen with a dishwasher.
There is garage parking for one vehicle and off-street parking available for a second vehicle.
Please note that you are required to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get access to the apartment. There is no lift in the complex.
