In addition to easy access to the slopes, you will be just steps to all the wonderful resort activities offered all year round, restaurants, shopping and more! This property is also located on the free Park City bus route to take you just about anywhere in Park City, Deer Valley, Canyons Village and Kimball Junction.
This single level, 970 square foot condo has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms to accommodate up to six guests in comfort.
Located in Building #1 on the ground floor, you will enter into the main living area – living room, kitchen, and dining area.
Living Room: You will find comfortable mountain furnishings, including a queen sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV with cable programming, gas fireplace and patio access.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and all the utensils needed to whip up your favorite meals.
Dining Area: Dining table with seating for four.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom – King Bed, flat screen TV, patio access, and a private full bath with a granite counter sink and a stone/tile shower.
Bedroom 2 – Two twin beds, flat screen TV and access to a full shared bath with a tub/shower combo.
Additional sleeping accommodations with the queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
Outdoor Area: Enjoy the gorgeous surrounding views from the private patio.

Community Amenities: Multiple year-round heated pools and hot tubs, well-equipped fitness center, tennis courts, and a private ski storage locker.
The main pool (Pool #1) and spa will be closed for the off-season starting Monday, April 22nd, and will reopen for Memorial Day weekend.
The pool #2 is undergoing major renovations starting on Monday, April 22nd and will be unavailable until July 1st.
