This Racquet Club Sanctuary has been remodeled and you’ll love the 1,400 square feet of space, with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. This multi-level unit can sleep up to seven guests. This property is located near to all the great Park City sights and sounds. Leave the car behind and hop on the free bus, which can take you to just about everything — stores, restaurants, Main Street and so much more. Walk a few steps to the Park City Municipal Athletic Recreation Center, where for a small fee you can enjoy fitness equipment, an indoor track, climbing wall, tennis courts, hot tub, seasonal pool and much more!
You enter the home through the front door on the first level and will be greeted by the remodeled main living area – living room, kitchen and dining area – a perfect gathering space.
Living Room: Enjoy mountain contemporary furnishings, a Smart TV, and a warm gas fireplace. There’s a wonderful adjacent wine bar, with wine fridge, along with the numerous windows that will bring in natural light — making the space great for entertaining or just relaxing. There’s an adjacent private deck, where you can enjoy the views.
Kitchen/ Dining: Fully equipped kitchen offers new stainless steel appliances, including a six-burner Viking stove and double ovens. Enjoy the convenient bar seating, and the adjacent dining area complete with mountain-style bench seating — perfect spots for meals and snacks.
Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom- Found on the second level with a King Size Bed, a Smart TV, and even a private balcony. The en suite bathroom has a soothing tile shower, and dual sinks with granite countertops.
Bedroom 2- Found on the second level and has a Queen Bed and a balcony. This bedroom has access to a full bathroom that has a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 3- Situated on the top level and offers a Twin over Queen Bunk Bed and a Smart TV, and has access to a full bathroom.
