If you are looking to stay in the true heart of Park City, this Penthouse on Main is the one! It is a newly constructed property that is located right on Main Street, with 2,809 square feet of luxurious appointments!
This one of a kind property offers five bedrooms (four master bedrooms and one bunk room) and five and a half bathrooms designed to accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. You will enter the home through a private entrance just off of Main Street for the utmost in privacy and security.
On the upper level of the unit, you’ll find the grand master bedroom with a king size bed, a 50-inch Smart TV and a gas fireplace. The private bath offers dual sinks, a separate soaking tub and shower. This room also opens out onto the rooftop deck that features a hot tub, patio seating and a barbecue grill.
Also on this level are two other master bedrooms with a king bed and both bedrooms have a full private bathroom and a 50” Smart TV.
On the main level, you’ll find the 4th master bedroom outfitted with a queen size bed. The 5th bedroom is a “bunk room” that has two custom bunk bed set ups — perfect for the younger set. Both offering a full private bathroom and a 50” Smart TV.
The main level also boasts the great room - living room, kitchen and dining area - offering lovely hardwood floors throughout. The living room has upscale contemporary furnishings around a fireplace and a 55” Smart TV. There is a balcony off the living room that is a great place to enjoy the fresh air and watch the comings and goings of Historic Main Street.
The kitchen is a gourmet’s dream space with new appliances including a Wolf gas range and a SubZero refrigerator. You’ll also find a two-zone wine fridge and a convenient eat-at kitchen bar. There is also a separate dining area with plenty of seating for those yummy sit-down meals.
Other amenities include a washer/dryer, internet access, central A/C for the warmer months, and a private one-car garage located in the rear of the property.
