Alternatively, catch a free ride on the Park City Transit bus right outside the building for ski access or to explore Deer Valley, Park City Canyons Village, and Kimball Junction.
This single level condo spans 1,100 square fee with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and accommodates up to eight guests.
From the communal garage or outdoor parking lot, you will enter into the building lobby. Take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor, where an open and bright living area awaits.
Living Room: Designed with a mountain contemporary aesthetic and luxurious furnishings, the living room boasts a plush queen sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a marble-front wood-burning fireplace. Entertainment options include a 65” Samsung Smart TV and a multi-sport game table. Step onto the balcony offering cushioned patio chairs and breathtaking views of Old Town and the mountains.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances, including a Keurig coffee machine and coffee grinder, electric kettle, Crockpot, and an electric range, ensuring you have everything you need for a delightful culinary experience.
Dining Area: Adjacent to the living room and kitchen, the wood dining table, lit with drop lights, comfortably seats up to eight (with the table leaf) and provides a perfect spot for gatherings.

Master Bedroom: King bed, 55” Smart TV, cozy reading chair by the large window, and an en-suite bathroom with an oversized vanity and a separate tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2: New queen over queen bunk beds, a desk, and access to a full shared bathroom.
Additional Bathroom: Full shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy fresh mountain air on the balcony furnished with cushioned chairs and a table for relaxation.
Community Amenities: Take advantage of the saltwater pool (open in the summer), indoor/outdoor hot tub/sauna, picnic area with communal BBQs, and unassigned parking for one car.
