This single level condo spans 1,100 square fee with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and accommodates up to eight guests. From the communal garage or outdoor parking lot, you will enter into the building lobby. Take the elevator or stairs to the 3rd floor, where an open and bright living area awaits. Living Room: Designed with a mountain contemporary aesthetic and luxurious furnishings, the living room boasts a plush queen sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a marble-front wood-burning fireplace. Entertainment options include a 65” Samsung Smart TV and a multi-sport game table. Step onto the balcony offering cushioned patio chairs and breathtaking views of Old Town and the mountains. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen with utensils and appliances, including a Keurig coffee machine and coffee grinder, electric kettle, Crockpot, and an electric range, ensuring you have everything you need for a delightful culinary experience. Dining Area: Adjacent to the living room and kitchen, the wood dining table, lit with drop lights, comfortably seats up to eight (with the table leaf) and provides a perfect spot for gatherings.
