CDC cleanings are performed using checklists following all CDC cleaning guidelines.Park City Daly Dream is a gorgeous, newly constructed, luxury home in Old Town. It offers 2,100 square feet, three levels, four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests.
On the first level, you will find a comfortable living room with mountain contemporary furnishings, a warm gas fireplace and a 55” Smart TV, and beautiful hardwood flooring throughout this level.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances including a Wolf gas range, a SubZero refrigerator, and everything the chef in your group will need. This amazing space also has lovely quartz countertops, a farm sink and a kitchen island with seating for six.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
