Deer Valley Boulder Creek 1098 is just under one mile to Deer Valley Resort, as well as Park City’s Historic Main Street where you can take advantage of amazing restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The shuttle stop is within walking distance allowing you to take the free bus throughout the town including Park City, Canyons Resort, and Kimball Junction. This location is ideal for winter skiing and summer adventures.
This multi-level townhome features 1,700 square feet, four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, to easily accommodate ten guests in comfort.
Entering the home through the garage door, you will be greeted by a small mud room with a convenient bench, coat hooks, and private laundry closet. A short walk up the stairs puts you into the main living area with living room, kitchen, and dining table.
Living Room: The living room has plush sofa and loveseat, 65” Smart TV, a gas fireplace with a river rock front, and floor-to-ceiling windows for lots of beautiful natural light and views.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen space featuring stainless steel appliances including a gas range, and stone countertops. Have a snack at the kitchen bar with seating for three. Access the patio where you’ll find a gas BBQ grill.
Dining Room: Seating for up to eight guests. Step out onto the adjacent patio where you will find outdoor seating.

Master bedroom (upper level) — King size bed, 55” Smart TV, access to the hot tub patio, the private bath offers double sinks, a jetted tub and separate shower.
Bedroom 2 (upper level) – Queen size bed with desk and dedicated work area.
Bedroom 3 Second Master (main level) - King size bed, 55” TV with full ensuite.
Bedroom 4/bunk room (lower level)— Twin-over-twin bunks, two twin beds, 24” TV, patio access. The private bathroom offers a tub/shower combo.
