The bus stop for the free transit is just a 3-5 minute walk so you can easily get throughout the area, including Kimball Junction and The Canyons Resort.
This townhome offers three levels over 1,757 square feet. With three bedrooms and three full bathrooms all to accommodate up to 11 guests in complete comfort.
From the communal garage, you will take the stairs or elevator up one level to access the property. Entering this property through the front door and ascend a few steps, puts you in the main living area featuring the living room, kitchen and dining areas — this space boasts hardwood floors, a vaulted ceiling and a plethora of large windows for an open and airy feel.
Living Room: The living room has comfortable and contemporary mountain furnishings a 55” Smart TV, and a cozy gas fireplace encased in river-rock.
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen space offers black stainless appliances, beautiful stone counters, and the laundry closet.
Dining Room: Seating for six guests in plush leather chairs. This area also has access to the patio where you’ll find the private hot tub, patio furnishings and a BBQ grill.
