Deer Valley Black Bear Penthouse is two units in one! These units are a fantastic choice for those traveling with multiple families or large groups. The units share a hallway entrance, making the condos private if you decide to leave the unit doors open for large groups or close them when more privacy is preferred. This condo offers easy access to skiing in winter and hiking in summer. There’s nearly 3,600 square feet of living space with beautiful hardwood floors that can accommodate up to 20 guests.
Living Room: Each living room has comfortable furnishings, a gas fireplace, a 70" Sony Smart TV, floor to ceiling windows with Deer Valley Resort views, making them the perfect gathering spaces.
Kitchen: The kitchens are a gourmet’s dream with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and all the equipment and utensils need to create the group’s favorite meals and snacks.
Dining Room: Each penthouse has separate dining areas and eat-in kitchen bars.
Bedrooms:
4 Master Bedrooms- You will find four master bedrooms, each with a King bed, a full private bath, and a 43" Roku Smart TV.
Lofts- There are two loft areas that each offer four Twin beds and a Smart TV with Apple TV, making it the perfect space for the kids.
Additional sleeping accommodations- Queen size sofa sleeper in each of the living rooms.
Hot tub: Yes, each unit offers a hot tub on their private deck, where you can soak your cares away while enjoying the gorgeous views.
