This single-level, 2,300-square-foot home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms to comfortably accommodate up to six guests.
From the front door entryway, you’ll step into a bright and open living room with high ceilings and gorgeous hardwood floors.
Living Room: This open and airy room has a spacious contemporary-style sectional sofa, a 50” Smart TV, a desk area, a cozy gas fireplace, and plenty of natural light.
Kitchen: The remodeled kitchen offers terrific upgraded amenities. You’ll find stainless appliances, including a Samsung five-burner gas cooktop, double convection ovens, and gorgeous quartz countertops. Enjoy seating for three at the kitchen bar or in the breakfast nook complete with wonderful red rock views and patio access.
Dining Area: Enjoy your group dining experience in the separate dining room offering contemporary furnishings with seating for eight and large windows to bring in the natural light and views.

Master Bedroom — King-size bed, additional twin day bed, 50” Smart TV, amazing views of Thunder Mountain from the expansive window. The private bathroom has two separate vanities, a walk-in closet, a large soaking tub, a separate tile/glass shower, and lots of natural light.
Bedroom 2 — King bed, Smart TV, and access to the full shared bathroom with stone counters and tile shower.
Bedroom 3 — Two twin beds, a twin day bed with twin trundle, and access to the full shared bathroom with stone counters and tile shower.
Backyard/Outdoor Spaces:
The outdoor spaces are plentiful and serene. Enjoy the covered patio with outdoor seating and dining, and a BBQ. Take a dip in the private pool or relax in the warm hot tub.
NOTE: Pool depth: shallow end-- 3’-3’, 6", deep end-- 5’. Gather around the fire pit on a cooler evening for some great conversation while you enjoy the surrounding natural landscaping and views.
