Newly built, this single-level property (with casita) offers 2,050 square feet, two bedrooms and three full bathrooms to accommodate up to six guests - with gorgeous views from nearly every room!
You will enter the main house through the front door putting you directly into the main great room holding the living room, kitchen, and dining area.
Living Room: Enjoy comfortable furnishings, 65” Smart TV with cable and TiVo programming, a convenient work nook with a TV (with cable and TiVo) and a printer — all accentuated by the big views from the expansive windows. This space also offers a Queen size Murphy bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress. The Murphy bed is located adjacent to the full bathroom and provides an ideal spot for additional guests.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped and provides all new black stainless appliances, including a Z-Line dual fuel gas/electric range with convection oven, copper farm sink and kitchen bar seating for three.
Dining area: The dining area offers a dining table with seating for six and up-close red rock views.
Master Bedroom (main house)— King-size Tempurpedic Cloud Hybrid bed, 52” Smart TV with cable and TiVo, access to the patio; the private bathroom has dual sinks, a large tile and glass shower, and a walk-in closet
Casita / Bedroom 2– This space is separate from the main and features a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave and coffee maker. The living space offers guests comfortable furnishings and a dining table with seating for four, 32” Smart tv with cable and TiVo programming, The bedroom includes a queen bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress, 32” Smart tv with cable and TiVo programming and access to the outdoor spaces. There is a private bathroom with a large glass and tile shower and a stacked washer and dryer.
Additional full shared bathroom in main house offers a tub/shower combo.

This home offers several spacious paver patios with comfortable outdoor seating and up-close views. You will also find a gas BBQ grill and a cozy gas fire pit with surrounding seating.
