Located in the residential suburb of Northfield on the outskirts of Birmingham, this newly renovated four bedroom property can accommodate up to ten guests.
The living room has a garden view and features two sprawling leather sofas, a coffee table and a wall-mounted 50” Smart TV. Additionally guests can enjoy all of the content of Netflix free of charge during their stay.
The well-equipped kitchen has wood-panelled units and there is a separate, bright and airy conservatory/dining room, which has a large dining table, leather sofa and splendid views of the garden.
Three of the bedrooms have three single beds while bedroom 4 has one single bed. There are two bathrooms with walk-in showers. Storage space is plentiful and one bedroom has a double wardrobe.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
