With views of the Gulf of Mexico from every bedroom including three master suites with walk-in closets, and twin double beds in the fourth bedroom, this house accommodates 10 guests. Living room provides 60" flat screen tv and LP gas fireplace. Open floor plan also features a water view through French doors off the living room leading to screened and covered gulf-side deck. Separate seating area upstairs with additional TV. House amenities wifi & cable, dvd player, and parking and covered stairwell under house. Fully stocked kitchen boasts quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances, double oven, microwave drawer, 5-burner solid electric cook top. Coffee bar offers both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

  • Primary renter must be over age 25 and must be present during the entire stay.
  • Occupancy must be observed at all times.
  • No parties or events allowed at this location.
