As soon as you enter the house, you’ll notice the expansive living area furnished with contemporary furniture such as the oversized sectional sofa and flat-screen television. A few steps from the living area you’ll find the spacious kitchen & dining area complete with large granite countertop island, an oven, two stainless steel French door refrigerators and a long dining table that can seat 14. The chef of the group will have fun preparing meals here with ease!
Step outside the large sliding panel door on a nice day and let the fresh air rush in or take a dip in the pool! A large grill can also be found on the pool deck for all of your entertainment needs.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
