Winter Lore sits on a 26-acre secluded lot surrounded by trees, the sounds of Mendon Brook below, and occasionally even the sight of the wildlife. The home is filled with many personal touches by the owner, high-speed internet, and five smart TVs for your enjoyment.
Once you enter the home, you will find a heated sunroom filled with abundant sunlight and wonderful landscape views while sheltering you from adverse weather. Head upstairs to the central kitchen, perfect for preparing all your meals. The large open dining room is sunlit with a wood-burning fireplace, and the living room is stylishly comfortable with slider glass doors to the outside balcony.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Guests must be at least 25 to reserve this property.
- Instructions: Guests will receive remote check in details for either lock box or digital lock access, after our digital agreement has been signed and returned. A full set of details for arrival, how to download our app and all property details will be included prior to arrival. Guests will also have access to a digital guest book on arrival in the property.
