It is part of a small, immaculately kept group of homes just a 15 minute stroll from Kenmare town centre. In front of the house is a lovely grassed area with picnic benches so you can take your lunch al fresco and enjoy your stunning setting. 


THE ACCOMMODATION
Inbhear Sceine 39 is a bright modern and airy three bedroom holiday home which can accommodate up to 6 people in one double bedroom (ensuite) and two twin bedrooms. There is also a guest toilet downstairs. Each of the bedrooms has more than adequate storage space.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • A security deposit of €150.00 cash must be given to the supervisor on arrival. This will be returned to you provided the supervisor is satisfied that the terms and conditions of the rental have been complied with. Any breakages or damages will be deducted from your deposit and where this is insufficient to cover the costs of repairs, an estimate for repairs will be given to you there and then and an invoice will be sent to you after the repairs have been carried out to itemise the costs involved. Should it be a case that the estimate is higher than the costs of the works carried out, then the balance will be sent to you in the form of a refund along with the original invoice.
  • - The proprietors are not responsible for any loss of valuables or property during your stay or left after departure.
  • - Each house has private parking for up to 2 cars. PLEASE NOTE THAT RECREATION VEHICLES (RV'S) SUCH AS MOTORHOMES, CARAVANS ETC WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.
