This is a beautiful semi-detached house with private swimming pool and a nice garden with a fantastic barbecue and a comfortable terrace for relaxing time.
The house is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor, very spacious and bright, we find the living room, with fireplace; the kitchen, fully equipped with appliances, including the dishwasher. And a guest toilet.
On the second floor, there are the bedrooms. One in suite, with double bed and bathroom with shower. Another one with twin beds, another with a trundle bed and the last one with bunk beds. On this floor there is another complete bathroom with bathtub.
This fantastic house is located in the Cap Salou area, very close to the La Pineda beaches (600m) and the shopping and leisure area. The perfect house to enjoy great holidays in Salou.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
