Metatulia is a complex of four magnificent modern villas ideally located on a hill slide with unobstructed stunning views of the sea and the surrounding area, a few minutes drive to the sandy beach, and 4.5 km away from the vivid Plakias area and its unlimited tourist attractions.
Villas 1 and 2 have one bedroom with a double bed, one bathroom with a glass shower enclosure, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a big marble counter, a dining table, and a modern living room with a sofa (that can be turned into a bed) and a satellite TV.
Villas 3 and 4 have two bedrooms (one with a double bed on the ground floor and one with twin beds in the mezzanine), two bathrooms with a glass shower enclosures(one on the ground floor and one in the mezzanine), a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a big marble counter, a dining table, and a modern living room with a sofa (that can be turned into a double bed) and a satellite TV.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - Optional services:

- - Bed linen is changed every 3 days.
- - Towels are changed every 3 days.
