The Home
Guests staying in this holiday home have free use of the swimming pool at the Hotel’s leisure club during their stay.
Downstairs is a spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is really well equipped and is like a home from home offering all the appliances and utensils you might need. There is a dining table to seat up to 6 people but there are extra chairs throughout the house should you need them. There is a guest toilet downstairs.
The sitting room is warm and cosy and features a welcoming open fire and comfortable l-shaped couch. A signed and framed Kerry jersey takes pride of place over the mantlepiece! There is a large flat screen TV and DVD player along with a selection of books and DVD’s. Free wifi is available to all our guests.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- A security deposit of €200 cash is required on check-in. The deposit is refunded on departure provided no damage or breakage has occurred and the terms and conditions have been complied with.
- We allow pets on request provided that the following conditions are adhered to:
- The pet is house-trained
- The pet is not allowed in the bedrooms.
- The owner must clean up after their pet on the grounds of the cottages, failure to do so may result in additional cleaning charges being deducted from your security deposit.
- We respectfully ask that your dog is always kept on a leash while onsite.
- There is a charge of €60 per pet payable onsite.
- Use of the Hotel Leisure centre & gym is complimentary. However you will need to bring along your own towels for use at the pool or if you need to rent a towel there, this can be done at €1.00 per towel.
