Two minutes. That’s all it takes to walk from the front porch of Las Lagunas, a lovely private two-story, dual suite home to the gorgeous beach and natural pools of Playa Chiquita. Comfortable, airy, and convenient, this two bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home sleeps six in one queen bed, one double bed, one twin bed and an inflatable twin bed option. The home sits just off a gated private beach road in a small enclave of houses in a neighborhood just off the main road in the beach community of Playa Chiquita.
Cycling to town is a 15-20 minute beautiful ride with the beach on one side and the jungle on the other. In town, you will find many amazing restaurants, specialty shops, grocery stores, and adventurous activities to enjoy during your stay. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
