The Farm has a project for the development of micro agricultural production - some still in the implementation phase - such as the creation of some animal species , a vineyard, orchards, dairy, bakery, nano brewery. In addition the FARM features beautiful pools of natural water, a waterfall, gastronomy, among other attractions, with a complete staff always available on duty to help. You will also enjoy memorable landscapes of mountains, woods, water mines, lakes, corrals, stables and also for your convenience there is a beautiful chapel authorized to celebrate weddings. The design and architecture of the Farm are also unique . You and your guests will be able to be accommodated in 6 complete and very well decorated suites, with configurations to host up to 18 people with great comfort and refinement, in this Headquarters, which has been transformed into a Guest House. The House can also have extra accommodation for a greater number of guests. (Contact us for more details). The Headquarters consists of rooms carefully decorated for your comfort, a fireplace- with hammocks around it - to warm the night from the crisp mountain air. The large balcony that surrounds the House, allows you to fully enjoy the landscape. All meals are included in the daily rate, a comfort food style menu from Fazenda (with some products from their own production). Beverages such as water, juice, tea and soda are also included. An itinerary of rural, natural, gastronomic and entertainment experiences can be organized featuring all the attractions of the Farm. Some of these are included in the daily rate and others separately(contact us for more details about the experiences). A renowned Delicatessen, in the Serrana Region of Rio de Janeiro, delivers special items, including wine,spirits, special snacks, etc. Amounts paid directly to the Delicatessen (contact us for more information). The infrastructure also has fiber optic internet and satellite redundancy. Power generators are in place if needed. The farm is approximately 2 hours away from the city of Rio de Janeiro and is 6 km from the highway. It is nestled in the mountains of the rural region of Bemposta, 24 hours confirmation. As one of our more unique homes, we require 24 hours to verify the details of your booking and ensure that this home is the right match for you and your guests. Once you have submitted your booking, a representative will contact you immediately, answer any relevant questions and personally ensure that your booking runs smoothly. The representative will be able to provide a confirmation within 24 hours, if not sooner. HOUSE RULES  To finalize your booking, we kindly request a copy of the main guest’s ID.  Before confirming your booking, we will inquire about the group composition to ensure the best service, including the number of adults, children, couples, and genders.  We require a photo ID from all overnight guests prior to arrival.  Visits from non-registered guests are not permitted without prior approval.  Parties are strictly prohibited on the premises.  Quiet hours begin at 10 PM; loud music is strictly prohibited during this time.  Smoking is not permitted indoors.  Pets are welcome with advance approval.  We do not host bachelor parties on our properties.  Any form of illegal activity, including prostitution, will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
