The first and the second floor of the villa offer two large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on each floor. Third floor features one large bedroom with en suite bathroom and a beautiful sea view terrace with garden furniture, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail in fresh air.
On the ground floor level of beautiful villa is a stone terrace with pool (26 square meters), completely private and surrounded by authentic stone walls. Relaxing sun loungers are located next to the pool. On this floor, there is a small spa area with Jacuzzi and sauna.
The Villa can accommodate 10+3 persons and it is a perfect holiday villa for larger groups and families looking for a relaxing and exciting vacation in Bol, famous by the magical pebble beach Zlatni Rat and known as a watersport center.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
