The Home
This villa consists of a ground floor and three additional floors, with ample space for you and your guests to enjoy, whether this is a family holiday or with friends. The villa can comfortably fit up to 10 guests, with additional space available for up to 13 (on request).
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room, living room and a spa which houses a Jacuzzi, sauna and toilet. The first floor comprises two neutral bedrooms with beautiful stone walls and two modern en-suite bathrooms. On the second floor there are 2 more bedrooms and 2 en-suite bathrooms. The third floor has a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and picturesque terrace overlooking the sea.
All bedrooms come fitted with TV, so you can relax and enjoy the privacy of this luxury villa (1 bed is 140 x 200 cm, and the other four are 160 x 200 cm), and two additional beds (one sized 80 x 200 cm, and the other 140 x 200 cm).

The villa is located just 65 meters from the clear blue sea of Brac Island and is close to the promenade to the Golden Horn, which is Brac Island’s most famous beach. The beach is definitely something you will visit, where you will see for yourself why it is known as one of the most beautiful in the world. There are many local restaurants and bars are located within 500 m.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
