Super clean Home with 3 Suites ( Each bedroom has it’s own private bathroom) located in the best location for your visit to Orlando. Next door to the Convention Center and just down the street from Universal Orlando and Sea World. Disney is a 10 minute ride down the interstate. Located off International Drive, you will be steps away from world class restaurants and night life such as Andretti Racing, Top Golf, Orlando Eye, Point Orlando and hundreds and attractions along International Drive.
Covid-19 Sanitization: Our home has always been super clean and sanitized after each guest. Since Covid-19, our cleaners have taken extra measures to completely clean and sanitize the home.
*Our home does NOT have any carpeted areas. We have always felt that hard surface flooring (wood or tile) has always allowed us to clean and sanitize the flooring much better. We also ask that guest remove shoes when they enter the house....

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
