Find a variety of shops and dining options within an easy 10-minute walk up or down the coast. End the day enjoying the coastal breeze on the covered deck, appointed with ample seating. After a day at the beach, relax in the living area, furnished with a plush sleeper sofa and two recliners. Watch a new movie on the cable TV. Start the day off right by whipping up a hearty breakfast in the open-concept kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table. Sip morning coffee on the master bedroom deck. In the evenings, dine alfresco on the covered deck, appointed with table seating for four, as well as additional patio chairs. A shared picnic table is also available underneath the building. When you return from the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower. Things to Know Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
