This second floor, single level condo is in the Sedona Casa Oak Creek condominium community, and features 1,270 square feet with three bedrooms, and two bathrooms to sleep up to six guests.
After entering via the front door, you will find yourself in the main living space, holding the living room, dining room and kitchen.
Living Room: This room offers comfortable modern-style furnishings including a sofa, accent chairs, 52” Smart TV, and a warm electric fireplace. Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy the views and enjoy the numerous windows bringing the natural light and surrounding views.
Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless appliances, including a LG refrigerator and brand new Induction Range. There’s also convenient bar seating for two.
Dining area: The dining area has a table with seating for six.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Master bedroom — King bed, 32” Roku TV, the private bathroom has double sinks, and a large shower. You’ll also find a stacked washer and dryer in the closet.
Bedroom 2 –Queen bed, 32” Roku TV, and access to the shared full bathroom with a shower.
Bedroom 3 – Two twin beds, 32” Roku TV, and access to the shared full bathroom with a shower.

Community Amenities:
Community amenities include a hot tub, pool, seasonal tennis courts and community BBQs.
The pool and spa is open year round from 8am to 10pm. The water for the pool will only be heated in the months of March, April and May at 80 degrees. During the summer months the pool naturally heats to around 85 degrees. The winter months the pool will be kept at 50 degrees to maintain the tile. Children under the age of 14 are not allowed in the hot tub(s). No animals allowed in the pool, spa or tennis/pickleball areas. Located 500 ft from unit.
