This three-bedroom apartment with private terrace is located on the second floor of a completely renovated and modern building, in one of the best and most exclusive streets in the city center.
Upon entering the apartment, we have access to the spacious and modern living room, furnished with high-quality furniture and design elements. It also has a double sofa bed of 1.40 x 1.90, which gives the apartment capacity for up to 8 people. The living room has a small terrace-balcony (although it can be opened from the front like a window).
Connected to the living room is the kitchen, so bright and fully equipped with everything you need.
Entering through the hallway we find the 3 bedrooms, all of them facing the street. The main one with a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 and an en suite bathroom with a shower plate. The second bedroom, has two single beds of 0.90 x 2.00 and the third one, with a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00. In addition, the house has a second independent bathroom, this one with a bathtub.
The private terrace it’s on the third floor of the building. To access, we have to leave the apartment and take the stairs.
The apartment is located on Calle Torre 15, in the historic center of the city. Walking few minutes away you can find the main monuments and museums of the city, as well as shops, supermarkets, markets and luxury restaurants where they serve the best fish in the area, and of course an endless number of small local bars where you can enjoy the best tapas and the best gastronomy in the city.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
