This apartment is available for seasonal rental, for medium- or short-term stays, but strictly in accordance with the LAU regulations as "use other than housing." Tourist rentals are not allowed; the rental must be for work, personal, or family reasons, etc. The tenant must reside outside of Madrid and, of course, must never make this property their permanent residence (it will be a temporary residence) nor register their address there.
Magnificent two-bedroom apartment located in the Chamberí neighborhood, one of the most exclusive in Madrid.
The apartment has a beautiful and spacious living room carefully decorated, with two exterior windows facing Rafael Calvo street, where we also find a small terrace. In addition, the living room has a trundle sofa bed of 1.20 x 1.90 m.
The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need.
The bedrooms are interior, facing a private communal patio, and are completely silent. One of them has a 1.50 x 1.90 m double bed and the other two single beds of 0.90 x 1.90 m, this one with an en-suite bathroom with shower and its own dressing room. The other bathroom is independent and has a large bathtub.
The apartment is located in Rafael Calvo Street, one of the most valued and exclusive areas of Madrid, a step away from the old town.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
