This beautiful & modern property, literally waterfront, is located on the large beach of the village of Vourvourou and can accommodate up to 8 people with its 3 bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room (1.50m).
It consists of an open plan ground floor with a large living room, one sofa bed for 2 people, a fully equipped kitchen, one double bedroom (Master bedroom) and one bathroom with shower. There is separate entrance for the second floor which leads to a double bedroom and bathroom with shower. The Villa also shares an external Studio for 2 people with a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
