The Villa is situated in the North West side of Corfu, at Arillas, only a few minutes walking distance from the sandy beach (Arillas wide bay) and the crystal clear waters of the Ionian Sea. The villa sleeps up to 6, with 3 bedrooms, all spacious and bright, and 2 bathrooms. A private swimming pool in the well maintained, extensive garden with sun loungers and an outdoor stone built BBQ, forms the idyllic place for relaxation, ideal for family holidays or groups of friends.
Although quiet and peaceful, there are boating activities and amenities within a few minutes’ walk, so a car is not essential for those who seek the pure beach experience. For the sunset lovers, the breathtaking colors of the Corfiot sunset can be enjoyed from the spacious terrace of the villa.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
