This is an amazing 16th Century House which has been renovated to a . It sits in a picturesque village opposite a great pub. Close-by you will find beautiful countryside, Canterbury (15 mins drive) and the wonderful Kent coast. It’s an easy jumping off point for trips to London (50 mins by Train) or France/Belgium. The garden is huge and runs down to a shallow fenced river.
The Space:
Comfortable 4 double bedroom cottage full of character and comfort ideally located to explore Kent. It is perfect for families or groups coming on holiday or to work in the area. There are 2 staircases. One broad and not steep (accessing the 2 double rooms) and a back staircase (to the first floor twin) which is quite narrow and twisty.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
