As you drive past an expansive Cranberry Bog along Kelly’s Bay approaching the home, you’ll be unmistakably in Cape Cod in this picturesque location in South Yarmouth. The central location close to the Bass River makes this a perfect location for beach and pond hopping, as well as finding conveniences close to home. Just a few hundred yards away at the end of Buttercup Lane, you can use the kayaks and paddle board provided to explore the Bass River, and Kelley’s Bay and Follins Pond. Take a drive 10 minutes north, and you’ll find yourself at some of the most gorgeous bayside beaches; Chapin’s Memorial in Dennis and Grays Beach in Yarmouth are perfect relaxing swimming locations. Driving South 10 minutes will bring you to West Dennis Beach, which stretches as far as the eye can see along the Nantucket Sound.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
