Sitting directly across from beautiful Seaview Park and a short walk from the beach is Sea Grass, a great location for your next Cape Cod vacation. This home includes a central location in the heart of Dennisport close to Nantucket Sound which is well known for it’s warmer water temperatures and child friendly beaches.
Sea Grass is the left side of two separate duplex units that mirror each other in layout with a combined front deck–the perfect place to enjoy a view of the park! You enter into a combination dining/living area with a full kitchen and bathroom at the back of the unit. On your left you’ll find the three bedrooms, two with queen size beds and one with two twin size beds.
Directly across the street from Sea Grass, Seaview Park offers plenty of space for outdoor activities and features 2 tennis courts, a playground...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
