18806 - Summer Harvest: Private Trail to Deeded Pond! Bring Your Kayaks, Bikes, and Dog! Just a short walk out the back door of this home is Owl Pond, a huge freshwater pond surrounded by pine trees! Bring or rent your kayaks, paddle boards and inflatable water toys to make the most of your trip! Inside the home you’ll find three bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, one with a full bed, and the third with two twin beds. You’ll also have a large living room with flat screen TV, a great kitchen to prep meals in, and two full bathrooms. Spend the day having fun at the pond or hop on the nearby bike trail to enjoy cruising through several Cape towns, stopping for treats along the way. You’ll also be just down the Street from Halcyon Farm, where you can pick up incredibly fresh produce and beautiful artisan products. Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
