A swimming pool, a spa, a flat-screen TV, and lounge seating await. There is also an outdoor shower available for guest use. The home is equipped with two washers, two dryers, and high-speed wireless internet. Guests have access to the attached garage, which has additional parking for one vehicle. The dimensions of the pool are roughly 10’ x 20’. The pool has a gas heater, so the pool may be heated in cooler months for an additional fee of $75 per day for the entire stay. It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.
